Joint Letter in Support of Legislation to Ban Trigger Leads

ICBA and other groups sent a letter to members of the House Financial Services Committee expressing strong support for the Rose Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute to the Homebuyers Privacy Protection Act (H.R. 2808), which would curb the abusive use of mortgage credit “triggers leads” in all but a limited set of circumstances.
